Abstract

The main idea of “NewMolotofConcept” is to develop a fruit Molotof made from egg white where a fruit puree containing fruit bits will be spread. This fruit Molotof will have a reduced content of calories once it shall be produced without addition of sugar. Also, an innovative packaging will be developped allowing the product to be processed/cooked directly inside it, kept in there during shelf life and directly consumed from that packaging.
