Abstract

The aim of this PhD project is to develop (bio) molecules cocktails to promote the additional recovery of oil retained in the reservoirs. To this end, (bio) molecules (including (bio) polymers, enzymes and (bio) surfactants) will be prospected, as well as microorganisms producing these biomolecules that promote this recovery. For the most interesting biomolecules, the respective bioprocesses will be developed for ex situ and / or in situ application. Strategies to be explored include the injection of (bio) molecules (isolated or mixtures) produced ex situ, and the injection of organisms producing biomolecules (isolated or in consortium) to promote their production in situ.
